Real strawberries grow out of this small flower box. The medium-light growing set: open, water, enjoy!
The little canned flowers are a lovely gift for big and small or for yourself. You watch the little plants germinate and grow and are delighted when they flourish and blossom. The growing kit contains everything the seeds need to thrive: Dry granules, seeds, nutrients. Just keep the granules moist and place the tin on a bright windowsill indoors.
This is how it's done:
- Remove the instructions from the bottom lid and reattach it to the bottom of the can.
- Open the top lid.
- Add water until the can contents are well moistened. Please do not wet.
- Give the seeds a place with a very good light source, preferably behind a glass window and always keep them slightly moist.
Strawberry seeds are light germinators. The seeds germinate at between 18 °C and 20 °C. Strawberries have a comparatively long germination period of four to six weeks.
Once the seeds have made it into small plants, they will bring joy every year. This is because strawberry plants are perennial and develop new strawberries every year. And maybe one of the strawberries can bring new seeds for sowing.
