Kitchen greetings with MacFlowers! Real sage, also known as kitchen sage, salver or royal sage, grows from this tin. Sage is a Mediterranean plant from the mint family that can be used wonderfully in Mediterranean cuisine in meat dishes, pasta, soups, salads and sauces. It is also known as a medicinal plant and has a healing effect on, for example, influenza infections, pharyngitis, sweating (hyperhidrosis), gum problems and pimples. The common sage is a perennial subshrub that usually reaches a height of up to 60 cm. He likes his location sunny. Sage is a light germinator. Depending on the germination conditions, the germination time can take up to 16 days. Sage needs little water and fertilizer.
