Real rosemary grows out of this little flower box. Open, water, enjoy!
The little canned flowers are a lovely gift for big and small or for yourself. You can watch the little plants germinate and grow and enjoy seeing them thrive and blossom. The growing kit contains everything the seeds need to thrive: Dry granules, seeds, nutrients. Just keep the granules moist and place the tin on a bright windowsill indoors.
This is how it's done:
- Remove the instructions from the bottom lid and reattach it to the bottom of the can.
- Open the top lid.
- Add water until the can contents are well moistened. Please do not wet.
- Give the seeds a place with a very good light source, preferably behind a glass window and always keep slightly moist.
Rosemary likes sunny, warm and sheltered places to grow. Rosemary seeds are light germinators. At 16 to 24 °C they germinate irregularly fast, so that sometimes a lot of patience is needed. The germination period can last from 15 to 35 days.
Rosemary is delicious on potato or mushroom dishes. It also has healing properties and is often used in massage oils or teas.
